Your Wellness is Waiting!

Along with all the academic "stuff" you have to read and do, remember to take time for yourself. The Climbing Wall in the Student Center is one great stress-reliever on campus!


The library also wants to provide you with materials to help you grow and adjust to college life. Stop by and check out our Wellness Collection, located with the New Books near the library entrance.

The collection includes books and media on exercise, meditation, handling stress, healthy cooking and even some help with those finances!
