Tax Forms Here

We have put out what tax forms we have received. They are located in the library near the main stairwell in our literature rack.

We also received the Reproducible Forms book, so if you don't see a form you need, ask at the Circulation Desk. We keep the book there.

We have State of Ohio tax forms, too.

The library charges 10 cents per page to make copies.
