The changes to the catalog are concentrated on the look and feel of the interface. No changes have been made to the indexing or fundamental functions of the catalog.
Some interesting features to note:
- the Library Holdings and Table of Contents boxes may now be minimized by clicking on the Hide link in the upper right of the box.
- when possible, based on the metadata in the record, a link to the electronic version of content appears on the results list. To see examples of this you can do a keyword search on Hathi Trust, or Journal American history
- action oriented buttons have been given different colors to make them stand out to the user
